Function organisers will be financially responsible for any damages caused by their guests to the venue, contents, and other property.
If extra cleaning is required, this will also be charged to the organisers.
No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue.
Menu choices and final numbers must be submitted and confirmed 7 days prior to the function.
All care will be taken to ensure guest property remains safe; however, we will not be held responsible for theft or damage to guest property.
A deposit is required to secure the function booking accompanied by a signed terms and conditions sheet.
A function will be considered tentative until the deposit is paid.
Tentative functions will only be held for 7 days.
Cancellations within 7 business days will incur loss of booking deposit.
Cancellations due to COVID restrictions are not permitted, however date amendments are applicable.
Cancellations will be assessed by the Functions Manager
